Spiked Apple Cider (Hot)
A warm cocktail with apple juice and cognac.

ส่วนผสม
- Clove — 2 dried
- Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac — 60 ml
- Apple juice — 90 ml
- Single cream / half-and-half — Float
วิธีทำ
- MUDDLE cloves in base of shaker.
- Add cognac and apple juice.
- SHAKE without ice and fine strain into glass.
- WARM in microwave then FLOAT double cream over drink.
