Spiked Limonana
A refreshing cocktail with cucumber gin and mint.

- Cucumber gin — 60 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 45 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
- Mint leaves — 5 fresh
วิธีทำ
- Add mint leaves, simple syrup, and lemon juice to a highball glass.
- Muddle mint.
- Add ice.
- Top with cucumber gin.
- Stir 3 times clockwise and 3 times counterclockwise.
