A cocktail with the smoky flavor of Scotch whisky.

- Islay single malt (peated) Scotch whisky — 60 ml
- Martini Extra Dry vermouth — 15 ml
- . St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur — 15 ml
- Cynar or other carciofo amaro — 5 ml

- STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.
- Strain into a chilled glass.
