A light cocktail with raspberries and vodka.

- Raspberries (fresh) — 10 fresh
- Ketel One Vodka — 60 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 45 ml
- Giffard Creme de Framboise — 15 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
- Orange Bitters by Angostura (optional) — 3 dash
- Thomas Henry Soda Water — Top up with
วิธีทำ
- MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker.
- Add next five ingredients.
- SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
- TOP with soda and lightly stir.
