A cocktail with raspberry flavor and ginger beer.

- Bourbon whiskey — 60 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml
- Angostura or other aromatic bitters — 2 dash
- Ginger Beer — Top up with
- Raspberries (fresh) — 4 whole
วิธีทำ
- MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker.
- Add next 4 ingredients, SHAKE with ice.
- Fine strain into ice-filled glass and TOP with ginger beer.
