Rand's Ramos Greek Fizz
A cocktail with a unique blend of flavors.

- Tsipouro — 60 ml
- Mastiha liqueur — 15 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 12.5 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 20 ml
- Greek yogurt — 2 spoon
- Soda (club soda) water — 100 ml
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and strain into chilled (empty) glass.
- Pour soda water with your other hand so both liquids form a single stream.
