A classic cocktail with cognac and port.

- Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac — 60 ml
- Tawny port — 30 ml
- Maple syrup — 7.5 ml
- La Fée Parisienne absinthe — 2 dash
- Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters — 2 dash
วิธีทำ
- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into ice-filled glass.
- Garnish with skewered Luxardo Maraschino cherries.
