Prickly Pear Mule - Kelsey's Version
A refreshing cocktail with pear juice and ginger beer.

- Pear juice (freshly pressed) — 90 ml
- Angostura or other aromatic bitters — 2 dash
- Ginger Beer — Top up with
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Rare Pear Brandy — 52.5 ml
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE first five ingredients with ice.
- Strain into ice-filled glass.
- TOP with ginger beer.
