Prince of Wales Punch
An exotic punch with pineapple and cognac.

- Pineapple (fresh) (cored, skinned and chopped) — 1⁄4 ring
- Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac — 45 ml
- Havana Club 7yo rum — 22.5 ml
- Grand Marnier or other cognac orange liqueur — 15 ml
- . Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur — 7.5 ml
- Orange juice (freshly squeezed) — 45 ml
- Tawny port — 15 ml
วิธีทำ
- MUDDLE pineapple in base of shaker.
- Add next five ingredients, SHAKE with ice.
- Fine strain into ice-filled glass.
- Float the port on drink.
