A classic Manhattan with rye whiskey.

- Straight rye whiskey (100 proof / 50% alc./vol.) — 60 ml
- Martini Extra Dry vermouth — 15 ml
- Antica Formula or other well aged sweet vermouth — 15 ml
- Bob's Abbotts bitters — 1 dash

- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into chilled glass.
- Garnish with Luxardo Maraschino cherry on stick.
