- Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum — 50 ml
- Malibu Coconut liqueur — 50 ml
- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 20 ml
- POM Wonderful Pomegranate Juice — 80 ml

- Shake well the ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Fine strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with a sprinkling of freeze dried raspberries.
