Poire de Vivre
A cocktail with ginger and pear juice.

- ABV: 18%

- Root ginger (thumbnail-sized slice) — 1⁄2 candied
- Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac — 50 ml
- Ginger liqueur — 20 ml
- Stone's Original Green Ginger Wine — 10 ml
- Pear juice (freshly pressed) — 30 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 20 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml
วิธีทำ
- MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients, shake with ice.
- Strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
