Pineapple Fizz
A cocktail with rum and pineapple juice, refreshing and fizzy.

- ABV: 10%

- Havana Club 3 Year Old rum — 50 ml
- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 30 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 20 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 12.5 ml
- Thomas Henry Soda Water — 50 ml
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
- Strain in ice-filled glass whilst also pouring soda.
