Pineapple Lemon Crush
A cocktail with pineapple and lemon juice.

- Pineapple (fresh) — 1 slice
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 60 ml
- Rum (unclassified) — 60 ml
- 'Simple' sugar syrup (1 sugar to 1 water) — 22.5 ml
วิธีทำ
- MUDDLE a thin ring of fresh pineapple into the bottom of shaker with the Simple Syrup.
- Add remainder of ingredients and SHAKE vigorously with ice.
- Empty contents into Collins glass.
