Pimm's Coupe
A summer cocktail with Pimm's and lemon.

ส่วนผสม
- Mezcal — 30 ml
- Pimm's No.1 Cup — 30 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 45 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 22.5 ml
วิธีทำ
- Put all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and a slice of strawberry.
