A cocktail with bourbon and egg.

ส่วนผสม
- Bourbon whiskey — 45 ml
- Tawny port — 15 ml
- Egg (white & yolk) — 1 fresh
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
วิธีทำ
- Vigorously shake all ingredients with ice.
- Strain back into shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice).
- Fine strain into chilled glass.
- Serve.
