A refreshing cocktail with cherry brandy.

- Kirschwasser (cherry) eau-de-vie — 60 ml
- Lillet Blanc (or other aromatized wine) — 30 ml
- Pedro Ximénez sherry — 30 ml

- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled glass.
- Garnish with lemon zest twist.
