A light cocktail with pisco and prosecco.

- BarSol Mosto Verde Italia Pisco — 25 ml
- Pineapple sugar syrup — 15 ml
- Grapefruit juice (pink) — 15 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 5 ml
- Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters — 2 dash
- Prosecco sparkling wine — 50 ml
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled glass.
- Top with prosecco.
