A refreshing cocktail with watermelon.

- Watermelon (fresh) — 1 wedge
- Ketel One Vodka — 60 ml
- Italian red bitter liqueur — 7.5 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 20 ml
- Orange Bitters by Angostura — 2 dash
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
- Garnish with watermelon slice.
- Garnish with a slice of watermelon.
