• Reposado tequila (100% agave) — 45 ml
• Ancho Reyes chile liqueur — 15 ml
• Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
• 'Simple' sugar syrup (1 sugar to 1 water) — 15 ml
• Claret red wine — 22.5 ml

วิธีทำ

1. SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
2. Fine strain into chilled glass.
3. Carefully FLOAT wine.
