Lavender Bee's Knees
A refreshing cocktail with lavender and honey.

- Gin — 60 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water) — 15 ml
- Monin Lavender sugar syrup — 7.5 ml
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
- Alternatively, if making with raw honey, STIR 1/2oz honey with 22.5ml lemon juice and 60ml gin.
- SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
