Lavender Honey Sour
A cocktail with Irish whiskey and honey.

- Irish whiskey — 45 ml
- Honey — 2 spoon
- Bénédictine D.O.M. — 15 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml
- Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters — 3 dash
วิธีทำ
- STIR honey with whiskey in base of shaker to dissolve honey.
- Add other ingredients.
- SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
