Georgia Mint Julep
A refreshing cocktail with mint and peach schnapps.

- Mint leaves — 12 fresh
- Bourbon whiskey — 60 ml
- Peachtree peach schnapps — 30 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 5 ml
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 2 dash
- Thomas Henry Soda Water — 15 ml
วิธีทำ
- Add the first 5 ingredients to a glass and two-thirds fill with crushed ice.
- Churn (stir) with a bar spoon and then fill the glass with more crushed ice.
- Top with soda, briefly stir, and serve.
