An exotic cocktail with pineapple and tequila.

- ตกแต่ง: The garnish is a comically large pineapple wedge, about 1/4th of a whole pineapple slice, cut a small slice into the point of the wedge and slide that bit over the rim of the glass so the garnish stands on top of the rim point down, pineapple rind up.
- ABV: 16%
ส่วนผสม
- Don Julio Blanco 100% agave tequila — 50 ml
- Yellow (Jaune) Chartreuse liqueur — 10 ml
- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 30 ml
- Celery bitters — 2 dash
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 5 ml
วิธีทำ
- Ice the glassware.
- Pour all ingredients into the shaker.
- Shake vigorously.
- Dump ice from glassware.
- Finestrain into glassware.
- Add garnish.
- Serve.
