Flip Cocktail (generic recipe)
A classic cocktail with brandy and egg.

- แก้ว: Sour or Martini/Coupette glass

- ตกแต่ง: Dust with grated nutmeg
- ABV: 23%
ส่วนผสม
- Brandy, whisk(e)y, gin, rum etc. — 60 ml
- น้ำเชื่อม (65.0°brix, 2 น้ำตาลต่อ 1 น้ำ) — 15 ml
- ไข่ (ขาว & แดง) — 1 fresh
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE all ingredients with the ice.
- Strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and pour into chilled glass.
