A cocktail with cardamom and chocolate.

• แก้ว: Coupe glass
• น้ำแข็ง: Ice
• ตกแต่ง: Dust with chocolate powder &/or crumbled Cadbury's Flake bar, & mini chocolate eggs in orange zest nest on rim.
• ABV: 20%

ส่วนผสม

• Green cardamom pods — 3 whole
• Absolut Vanilia vodka — 50 ml
• Dutch Cacao white crème de cacao — 30 ml
• Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 5 ml
• Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml

วิธีทำ

1. MUDDLE cardamom pods in base of shaker.
2. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain back into shaker.
3. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
4. Shake without ice and strain into a chilled glass.
