Earl Grey Martini
A cocktail with Earl Grey and gin.

- 15ml Earl Grey Tea-Infused Tanqueray Gin — 1
- . Simple Syrup [1:1] — 30 ml
- 1/4 oz. Lemon Juice — 3
- Egg White — 1
- Sugar half a glass rim--
วิธีทำ
- Shake on ice and strain.
- Garnish with lemon twist.
- For the Earl Grey-infused gin: mix 750 mL Tanqueray gin and 4 tablespoons loose Earl Grey tea, shake, let sit for two hours, strain through a fine sieve.
