Donald's El Presidente
A complex cocktail with rum and vermouth.

- Zaya Gran Reserva 12 Year Old Rum — 60 ml
- Vya Sweet Vermouth — 30 ml
- Dolin Dry Vermouth de Chambery — 15 ml
- Triple sec liqueur (40%) — 15 ml
- Grenadine/pomegranate syrup (2:1) — 2.5 ml
- Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters — 2 dash
- Absinthe verte — 1.25 ml
วิธีทำ
- Coat the glass with absinthe and discard the rest.
- STIR remaining ingredients with ice.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
