David's Jungle Bird
A tropical cocktail with pineapple and spices.

- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 30 ml
- Campari Bitter liqueur — 22.5 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Maple syrup — 15 ml
- Spiced rum — 45 ml

- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with pineapple wedge.
