- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
- Schladerer Williams-Birne (Williams Pear) — 30 ml
- Smith & Cross Traditional Pot Still Navy Strength Jamaican Rum — 30 ml

- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into ice-filled glass.
