A cocktail with bitters and egg white.

- Von Oosten Bitter — 50 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 25 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 25 ml
- Egg White — 15 ml
วิธีทำ
- Dry shake all ingredients to emulsify egg white.
- Shake with ice and fine strain to rocks glass with fresh ice.
