Cherry Fizz
A refreshing cocktail with gin and cherry liqueur.

- แก้ว: Fizz or Highball (8oz to 10oz)

- ABV: 14%

- Tanqueray No. Ten Gin — 60 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- 'Simple' sugar syrup (1 sugar to 1 water) — 7.5 ml
- Egg White — 30 ml
- Thomas Henry Soda Water — 45 ml
- Giffard Cherry Brandy Liqueur — 12.5 ml
วิธีทำ
- Combine all ingredients except soda water in a shaker.
- Dry shake first, then add ice and shake again.
- Strain into a chilled fizz glass and top with soda water.
