A refreshing cocktail with cherry brandy and gin.

- Rutte Dry Gin — 40 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 20 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 20 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 20 ml
- Rhubarb sugar syrup — fresh
วิธีทำ
- Shake all ingredients.
- Strain into chilled glass.
