Cherry Donkey
A refreshing cocktail with cherry brandy and ginger beer.

- แก้ว: Collins or Pineapple shell glass

- ตกแต่ง: I garnish it with a Mentha Suaveolens Variegata (pineapple mint) sprig
- ABV: 29%
ส่วนผสม
- Belvedere Rye Vodka — 30 ml
- Giffard Cherry Brandy Liqueur — 30 ml
- Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup (Sirop Sucre de Canne) — 15 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Thomas Henry Ginger Beer — 90 ml
วิธีทำ
- STIR all the ingredients except the ginger beer with ice in a mixing glass.
- Pour in the glass and fill it almost completely with ice cubes.
- Then pour the ginger beer and give a gentle stir with the spoon.
- Serve with short straws.
