Celery Wine
A cocktail with a unique combination of celery and white wine.

- Rutte Celery Dry Gin — 45 ml
- Grüner Veltliner dry white wine — 10 ml
- Celery saccharum (celery syrup) — 10 ml
- Suze gentian liqueur — 2.5 ml
- Difford's Saline Solution (or ½ pinch salt) — 1 dash
วิธีทำ
- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into chilled glass.
- Rest celery stick across rim with a light dusting of celery salt.
