Central European Sidecar
A classic cocktail with brandy and liqueur.

- ABV: 20%

- Slivovitz plum brandy — 60 ml
- Maraska Zadarski Maraschino Liqueur — 30 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Demerara / dark Muscovado sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) — 1 1⁄2 spoon
วิธีทำ
- Place ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake well.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe.
