An elegant cocktail with cognac and liqueur.

- Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac — 45 ml
- Cynar or other carciofo amaro — 15 ml
- Yellow Chartreuse liqueur — 12.5 ml
- Orange Bitters by Angostura — 1 dash
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 1 dash
- Chilled water (omit if using wet ice) — 10 ml
วิธีทำ
- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into chilled glass.
- Garnish with lemon zest twist (discarded).
