• ตกแต่ง: Pink grapefruit zest twist (discarded) & 3 spots of Peychaud's bitters drawn through foamy head
• ABV: 19%

• Vodka — 45 ml
• Bianco vermouth — 15 ml
• Pasteurised egg white — 7.5 ml
• Lillet Blanc — 30 ml
• Raspberry jam — 1⁄2 spoon
• Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 1 dash
• Orange Bitters by Angostura — 1 dash

วิธีทำ

1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain back into shaker.
3. DRY SHAKE (without ice).
4. Fine strain into chilled glass.
