Boozy Suzie
A cocktail with vodka and Suze liqueur.

- ตกแต่ง: Pink grapefruit zest twist (discarded) & 3 spots of Peychaud's bitters drawn through foamy head
- ABV: 18%
ส่วนผสม
- Ketel One Vodka — 45 ml
- Suze gentian liqueur — 15 ml
- Martini Bianco vermouth — 15 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 10 ml
- Grapefruit juice (pink) — 7.5 ml
- Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters — 2 dash
- Pasteurised egg white — 7.5 ml
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
