Blushing Monk
A cocktail with egg and Bénédictine liqueur.

- Bénédictine D.O.M. — 20 ml
- Bittersweet orange-red aperitivo — 20 ml
- Suze gentian liqueur — 12.5 ml
- Lillet Blanc (or other aromatized wine) — 15 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 25 ml
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 1 dash
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
