Bitter Elder Whip
A cocktail with elderflower and lemon.

- Tanqueray No. Ten Gin — 45 ml
- . St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur — 15 ml
- Campari Bitter liqueur — 7.5 ml
- Bittersweet orange-red aperitivo — 7.5 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 30 ml
วิธีทำ
- Dry shake ingredients with egg white.
- Then shake strain and serve.
- Dot foam with bitters and garnish with a twist of lemon.
