- Speyside single malt Scotch whisky — 60 ml
- Islay single malt (peated) Scotch whisky — 10 ml
- Giffard Noir de Bourgogne Cassis — 15 ml
- Antica Formula or other well aged sweet vermouth — 22.5 ml
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 8 dash

- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into chilled glass.
