Absinthe Suisesse
A cocktail with absinthe and almond syrup.

- La Fée Parisienne absinthe — 45 ml
- Giffard Orgeat Syrup — 15 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 30 ml
- Milk (semi-skimmed/2% fat) — 15 ml
- Single cream / half-and-half — 15 ml

- SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with mint sprig.
