Acapulco Daiquiri
A tropical cocktail with rum and lemon juice.

- Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum — 45 ml
- De Kuyper Triple Sec (40%) — 15 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Lime cordial (sweetened lime juice) — 22.5 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml
วิธีทำ
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) all ingredients to emulsify.
- Add ice, SHAKE again and fine strain into chilled glass.
- Garnish with lime wedge.
