A refreshing cocktail with gin and blackcurrant.

- Crème de cassis liqueur — 30 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 1 Splash
- Lemonade — Top up with
- Mint leaves — 5 fresh

- Shake gin and cassis with ice and squeezed lime wedge.
- Strain over ice, muddle fresh mint leaves, top with lemonade.
