- Boiling water — 60 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml
Kā to pagatavot
- POUR cognac into a warmed glass.
- FLAME the cognac and carefully move the glass back to an upright position.
- POUR in hot water and sugar, stir, garnish and serve.
