- La Fée Parisienne absinthe — 30 ml
- Giffard Crème de Pêche de Vigne liqueur — 30 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 30 ml

- BLEND all ingredients with 6oz scoop crushed ice.
- Serve with straws.
