코냑과 레몬을 사용한 클래식 칵테일입니다.
- 방법: 흔들기
- 잔: 쿠페 글라스
- 얼음: 얼음
- 가니시: 설탕 림 & 레몬 제스트 트위스트
- ABV: 17%
재료
- Cognac — 40 ml
- Cointreau triple sec liqueur — 15 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 20 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 10 ml
만드는 법
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with a sugar rim and lemon zest twist.
