Matt Gleeson's Jungle Bird
A cocktail with tropical flavors and hints of pineapple.

- 가니시: Pineapple wedge (ideally cut to resemble a bird's plumage) & Luxardo Maraschino cherry
- ABV: 14%

- Dark/black/blackstrap rum — 45 ml
- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 45 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Campari Bitter liqueur — 22.5 ml
- St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram Liqueur — 7.5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
만드는 법
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into glass filled with crushed ice.
