Un cocktail con cognac e brandy di albicocca.

• Metodo: Shakerare
• Bicchiere: Coppetta da Martini
• Ghiaccio: Ghiaccio
• Guarnizione: Twist di scorza d'arancia e 2 gocce di bitter sulla schiuma (distribuite con uno stecchino da cocktail)
• Gradazione: 20%

Ingredienti

• Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac — 22.5 ml
• Grand Marnier o altro liquore all'arancia con cognac — 22.5 ml
• De Kuyper Apricot Brandy liquore — 22.5 ml
• Succo d'arancia (spremuto fresco) — 22.5 ml
• Albume d'uovo pastorizzato — 15 ml
• Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 2 dash

Preparazione

1. SHAKE tutti gli ingredienti con ghiaccio.
2. Filtrare di nuovo nello shaker.
3. DRY SHAKE (senza ghiaccio) e filtrare finemente in un bicchiere freddo.
